Congo it is!

After much prayer, discussion, and conversation with our FANTASTIC adoption agency (seriously, I can hardly say enough good things about them), we have decided to wait for their Congo program.  We are really thankful that an agency with such integrity would have a program that allows us to adopt two infants younger than our kiddos, and hopefully we'll still be able to bring those two new Philpots home within the next year or two.  It'll take longer than we were originally thinking, but we're confident that the Lord's timing is perfect in our family and we're very excited to be going down this path!

So now we're moving forward with our home study!  Let the paper chase resume!
