Welcome Home, Isaiah and Hannah Van Neste!

It was our joy to see our good friends Scott and Angela off at the airport a week ago as they traveled to Ethiopia to pick up their son and daughter and bring them home.

Today we had the even greater joy of welcoming them back home with Isaiah and Hannah Van Neste!  It was so reminiscent of our trip, which I can hardly believe was almost a year ago now.  The exhaustion, the excitement, the baby carriers, and the beautiful brown, curly haired, confused, sleepy boy and girl that had just traveled from the other side of the world.

I'm sure they'd appreciate your prayers as they go from 6 to 8 children.  If anyone is up to it, by God's grace, it's Scott and Angela!

So welcome home, Isaiah and Hannah.  Welcome to the Van Neste family.  We're so thankful for God's intervention in your life to rescue you out of desperate circumstances and place you in a loving, Christian home.  Sweet babies, you are a beautiful picture of the gospel, and we pray that as you get older you'll come to embrace that same gospel!
