Orphan Sunday 2012

Today is Orphan Sunday. For those of you who love our sweet son and daughter, I wish you could have seen the beautiful, sad country they came from. I wish you could have seen the faces of the children that were in the orphanage with them. Children with no parents, and often with little food, clothing, medical care or prospects for a future after they age out of the orphanage. I pray that God would raise up many Christians to bring these little ones into our families, as God has adopted believers in Jesus into His family. I'd encourage you to pray about how God might use you to care for orphans in their affliction, as we're encouraged in James 1:27!
